These terms govern your use of lookupmedia.co and your purchase of any title we publish. By buying from us or using this site, you agree to them.
Who we are
This site is operated by Lookup Media LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Lookup Media LLC. You can contact us at any time at lookupmediallc@gmail.com.
What we sell
We sell digital ebooks and ebook collections. Every product on this site is a digital download. Nothing is printed, posted or physically shipped, and no physical item forms part of any order. Titles are supplied as downloadable files intended to be read on a computer, tablet, e-reader or phone.
Orders and payment
All prices are shown in United States dollars and include no additional handling charges. Checkout and delivery are handled by our storefront, The Ancient Store, on the Gumroad platform. When you select "Buy" you are taken to that storefront to complete your purchase, and your order is subject to the payment processor's terms in addition to these.
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted, at which point a download link is issued to the email address you provide. If a download link does not arrive or does not work, contact us and we will reissue it.
Licence and permitted use
When you buy a title, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it, store it on devices you control, and read it for your own personal use. You may print a copy for your own reference.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload, share or publish any title or extract from it, in whole or in part, whether or not for payment. You may not remove any notices from the files, or use the material to train, fine-tune or otherwise develop a machine learning model. Ownership of and copyright in every title remains with Lookup Media LLC or its licensors.
Nature of our content
Our titles cover folklore, historical accounts, alternative histories and unexplained records. They are published for general interest and entertainment. They are not works of professional advice, and nothing in them should be relied on as legal, medical, financial, safety or other professional guidance. Where a title describes a theory, tradition or disputed account, it is presented as such, and you should form your own view. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep this site and your download links available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, reprice or withdraw titles at any time. A change of price does not affect an order already completed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any title or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the title in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date it took effect is shown above. Changes do not apply retrospectively to orders already placed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live.
